The NLRB Sets the Stage for a Sea of Change in Employment Practices for 2020
In the final month of 2019, the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”) followed through on its promise to reverse course on a number of precedents established during the Obama administration. Recent employer-friendly Board decisions and Advice Memoranda address a broad spectrum of employment issues for both unionized and non-union workforces, all of which will have a significant impact on business practices and workplace policies.
