This program is the first in a series of seminars that will be put on in 2018 by the Wealth Preservation group on a range of estate planning, elder care, trust, and tax topics.
Relocating to Florida will focus on benefits and issues associated with assisting clients in moving to Florida. The program will include a discussion on potential income tax advantages, optimal methods for documenting the move that could help in the case of an audit, obtaining a Homestead Exemption for property taxes, and step-by-step transitional moving instructions.
