Kerri Wright and Phil Bauknight Reach Favorable Ruling

On May 30, Kerri A. Wright and Phil Bauknight obtained a favorable ruling in a breach of contract action case representing The Huntington Learning Center. The case was brought against a franchisee in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. In a 12-page decision written by Judge William Walls, the franchisee’s motions to dismiss for improper venue and lack of personal jurisdiction were rejected.
