Porzio Welcomes Ian J. Brandt to the firm's New York Real Estate Practice

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. continues to enhance its New York real estate practice with the addition of Ian J. Brandt as Counsel. Mr. Brandt will continue his practice in the areas of real estate-related litigation, real estate transactions, cooperative and condominium law, construction law and leasing. He has previously been associated with Braverman Greenspun, P.C. in New York and Solomon Zauderer Ellenhorn Frischer and Sharp in New York.  Mr. Brandt received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2003 and, a B.A., with distinction, from Bard College in 1994.  He is admitted to practice in New York and before the federal courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
