Eric Probst Named Acting General Counsel for Anthony & Sylvan Pools

Porzio, Bromberg  & Newman ("Porzio") congratulates Eric Probst, a principal of the firm, who  has been named Acting General Counsel of Anthony & Sylvan Pools Corporation ("A&S").  A member of Porzio's Litigation Practice Group, Eric has served as outside counsel for A&S for more than 15 years.  As noted by Mark Koide, CEO of A&S, "[Eric's] knowledge and understanding of our company, and the pool industry in general, will be a definite benefit as we transition the legal function."
