Vito A. Gagliardi's Client, Former Senior Associate Athletic Director, Jason Baum, Receives Severance Package From Rutgers

The resignation of Vito A. Gagliardi's client, Jason Baum, was reported by NJ.com in an article written on January 16, 2015.

In return for Jason Baum's resignation one day after the Scarlet Knights' football season ended last month, Rutgers agreed to a severance package worth more than $33,000, according to the employment separation agreement obtained by NJ Advance Media through an open-public records request.

Baum, who had been the chief spokesperson for the Scarlet Knights football program since 2006, resigned from his Senior Associate Athletic Director post on Dec. 27. At the time, Baum declined comment but sent an open letter to the media, saying he was "fortunate to have the opportunity to work with so many outstanding student-athletes, coaches and staff along with the dedicated members of the media.''
