Emre M. Polat Joins the Porzio Litigation Team

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. is pleased to welcome Emre M. Polat as an associate in the firm's Litigation Group.

Mr. Polat is an experienced labor and employment law attorney who has handled countless aspects of litigation and counseling under Federal, State and City labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA and Title VII.  He previously served as the Securities Law Clerk in the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Bureau of Securities, where he investigated and helped prosecute violations of state laws in the purchase and sale of securities.  Prior to the NJ Attorney General's office, Emre served as Royalty/Licensing Analyst for the National Basketball Association, maintaining and administering licensing contracts.

Mr. Polat received his J.D. from Hofstra University Law School and a B.A. in Business Administration from the Seton Hall University.  Located in the firm's Morristown, NJ location, Mr. Polat may be reached at empolat@pbnlaw.com.
