Keren F. Bisnauth Joins Porzio as an Associate of the Life Sciences Team

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman proudly welcomes Keren F. Bisnauth to the firm as an associate in the Life Sciences Compliance and Regulatory Counseling Department. 

Keren advises pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies on a variety of compliance-related issues, and counsels clients on legal and regulatory issues, including those governing interactions with healthcare practitioners.

Keren also serves as a compliance associate with Porzio Life Sciences, LLC, a subsidiary of the law firm.  As a compliance associate, she counsels life sciences companies on a variety of compliance issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse laws, FDA promotional regulations, industry standards regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, and sampling requirements. Keren also collaborates on new products and services to expand the suite of compliance and regulatory services offered to the life sciences industry.
