Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. welcomes Kenneth McPherson to the ?rm's Real Estate Group.

Mr. McPherson concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, land use, redevelopment, affordable housing and related litigation. Utilizing his experience as both a member of and then counsel to a local municipal Planning and Land Use Board, Kenneth provides unique  guidance on applications to local government entities in connection with site plan approvals, subdivisions, variances and rezoning applications. Kenneth also advises clients in transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and leasing. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. McPherson was a litigation associate at Carella, Byrne, Cecchi, Olstein, Brody & Agnello, P.C. where he concentrated his practice in litigating a wide range of employment, premises liability and insurance coverage disputes.

Mr. McPherson received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark, NJ, and his B.A. from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.
