Porzio Welcomes Associate Ivan Tukhtin to the Firm's Business Law Group
Porzio, Bromberg & Newman P.C. is pleased to welcome new associate, Ivan Tukhtin, to the firm's Business Law Group.
Mr. Tukhtin will concentrate his practice on assisting middle-market businesses with matters related to commercial and business litigation, labor and employment, franchise law, as well as cannabis law. Mr. Tukhtin has counseled clients on numerous matters, including but not limited to business formation, contract disputes and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions, the drafting of employment agreements and handbooks, and much more.
Before joining Porzio, Mr. Tukhtin served as an associate at a private law firm, focusing on various aspects of Intellectual Property ranging from registration of trademarks to the drafting, structuring and negotiating of contracts and licenses. He earned his J.D. from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Rutgers University.
