Porzio Promotes Garcia Samuylov to Associate

Porzio's Litigation Practice Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Garcia Samuylov to Associate. She concentrates her practice on assisting private and publicly traded companies in complex commercial, mass tort, and consumer fraud class action suits.  Garcia also supports the firm's public school districts and private school clients with audit appeals, special education and employment litigation, and special counsel investigations.

Garcia joined the litigation team in 2006 as a Paralegal and was later promoted to Senior Paralegal and Senior Litigation Specialist.  Garcia has consistently delivered outstanding client service effectively and efficiently.  She has trained, mentored, and managed numerous team members and supported litigations across our practice areas.

Garcia received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School, her LL.M. in Taxation from Taft Law School, and is admitted to practice in New Jersey.
