1/28/2026

Porzio Bromberg & Newman’s Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring team has been selected as lead counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of Ample, Inc. and Ample Texas EV, LLC. The cases are pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, where the Committee is actively evaluating the Debtors’ financial and operational positions and working to maximize value for the benefit of unsecured creditors.

The Porzio team is led by Principals Rachel A. Parisi and Christopher P. Mazza, and Associate Jenny Zhou, who bring significant experience representing creditor committees, distressed companies, and stakeholders in complex Chapter 11 proceedings across multiple industries. Their work includes analyzing the Debtors’ operations and financial condition, evaluating restructuring proposals, and advising the Committee as it navigates strategic decisions throughout the cases. This matter continues Porzio’s long track record of guiding clients through sophisticated restructuring challenges.

Ample develops and provides modular electric‑vehicle (EV) battery‑swapping technology featuring autonomous stations capable of replacing depleted batteries with fully charged ones in minutes. The company’s system is designed to make EV adoption as convenient as fueling gas‑powered vehicles for both fleets and consumers, reducing range anxiety and eliminating long charging times.
