About Carmen Andrade

Carmen Andrade concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate matters. She provides nationwide, transactional services to her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate as well as corporate and general business matters. Carmen leverages her previous experience as general counsel for various entities, including real estate developers, private lenders and retail companies. She collaborates with small and large business owners, individuals and companies in all aspects of the sale, acquisition, leasing, financing, and development of a variety of real estate including undeveloped, industrial, office, and retail properties including substantial experience representing both private and institutional lenders in commercial loan transactions.

Crystal West Edwards, a Principal in Porzio's Wealth Preservation Group, focuses her practice on matters involving elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, and estate administration. She is a trusted advisor to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and their families, navigating complex issues like asset preservation, tax planning, and government benefits eligibility.

Crystal is also highly regarded for her work with financial institutions and corporate fiduciaries, offering counsel on judicial and administrative accountings and trust-related matters. A prolific speaker and author, she shares her knowledge of elder law, special needs trusts, and estate planning. Crystal serves as Co-chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
