Raquel R. Rivera Selected For Exclusive Latina Executive Leadership Program

MORRISTOWN, NJ – September 12, 2023 – Porzio, Bromberg & Newman is proud to announce that Counsel Raquel R. Rivera was selected for the 2023-2024 cohort of the Latina Executive Leadership Program, an exciting initiative of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Latina Commission.

High-achieving Latina lawyers with over 10 years of experience can apply to participate in this 6-month program focused on executive legal management, soft skills leadership training, and executive coaching. Through monthly group presentations and individual coaching, participants will learn how to effectively manage legal teams, capitalize on opportunities for advancement, and overcome barriers to authentic leadership.

As Counsel in Porzio’s Litigation Group, Raquel is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice involves defending largescale entities in products and premises liability matters. She also represents white collar and employment defense clients in complex litigation, and federal criminal defendants who are financially unable to obtain adequate representation by appointment via the Criminal Justice Act.
