Reyn has acted as General Counsel for companies ranging from early-stage startups to established enterprises, advising on corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property strategy, and day-to-day operational issues. He is experienced in building and managing in-house legal functions, overseeing outside counsel, and delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions aligned with business objectives.
Earlier in his career, Reyn was a partner at prominent law firms, where he focused on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure projects, and real estate development. His experience includes negotiating complex commercial agreements, guiding clients through regulatory and legislative frameworks, and resolving disputes at the state and federal levels.
