9/16/2025

Ryann Siclari, Principal in Porzio’s Wealth Preservation Group, has been named one of NJBIZ’s 2025 Forty Under 40 honorees. This award recognizes young professionals across New Jersey who demonstrate professional excellence, leadership, and a lasting impact in their industries and communities.

Ryann is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), as certified by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation, and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Elder Law. She focuses her practice on helping vulnerable populations through special needs planning, asset protection, government benefits eligibility, and long-term care placement. Known for her compassionate, personalized approach, she works with aging individuals, people with disabilities, and their families to achieve their goals, whether related to estate planning, health coverage, or preserving assets from long-term care costs.

Her work is deeply connected to the community she calls home. Earlier this year, Ryann played a key role in opening Porzio’s Clinton office, expanding access to estate and elder law services for individuals and families across the region. This step reflects both her professional mission and her personal commitment to ensuring that trusted legal guidance is available close to home.

Beyond client service, Ryann is a recognized leader in her field. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Hunterdon County Bar Association and on the Board of Trustees for the NAELA Foundation. She is also a frequent speaker to community organizations, attorneys, and state agencies, sharing insights on issues impacting older adults and individuals with disabilities.

The NJBIZ Forty Under 40 program not only celebrates the achievements of honorees like Ryann but also highlights their potential to inspire others and set the standard for leadership across industries.

Honorees will be recognized at the NJBIZ Forty Under 40 Awards on Thursday, October 30 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Somerset.
