Overview
Sarah Wisniewski, an associate in the firm’s Employment and Education team, handles matters such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, retaliation, and non-compete agreements. Representing both private and public entities, she collaborates closely with HR and labor relations professionals to provide comprehensive employment-related counsel.
Sarah gained valuable experience through several internships and clerkships. She served as a law clerk to The Honorable Anne M. Patterson, Associate Justice, New Jersey Supreme Court. Prior to that, she was a judicial intern to The Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, Chief Judge United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. These experiences provided her with a solid legal foundation, as well as an understanding of the judicial process.
During law school, she was honored with the Ackerman Fellowship, the Alfred F. Jablonski Scholarship, and the Faculty Law Scholarship, recognizing her dedication to academic excellence. Her passion for advocacy led her to compete in prestigious moot court competitions, where she earned recognition as a Top 10 Best Oralist at the 2023 American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition in Brooklyn and advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2022 Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition. These experiences have significantly shaped her legal career and deepened her commitment to the field.
