Porzio, Bromberg & Newman Launches Refreshed Brand, Opens New Headquarters in Parsippany
New headquarters to serve as Porzio’s epicenter with continued investment in technology, people, and corporate transactional capabilities
Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., a multidisciplinary law firm, today proudly announced a refreshed brand and the official opening of their new corporate headquarters in Parsippany, New Jersey. The 43,000-sq. foot. space located at 5 Sylvan Way is part of Porzio’s continued growth strategy, facilitating expansion in existing and future locations including office expansion in Manhattan and the recent opening of a new office in Naples, Florida.
"With our brand new headquarters and our reimagined branding, we are proudly stepping into a brighter future at Porzio. This past year has been one of incredible growth, and these strategic changes mark the beginning of our renewed investment into our community and our clients," said Vito A. Gagliardi, Jr., Managing Principal of Porzio. "We are celebrating our longstanding history, while pushing Porzio forward as we continue to develop not only our physical spaces, but an evolved practice offering, better serving our clients across the country.”
Investment and Community Connection
Operating in the New Jersey region since 1962, it was of tremendous importance for this new space to reflect the community it supports; environmentally focused and steadfast in giving back. This new space will feature a more open concept, increased natural lighting and standing desks for all employees to offer flexibility in both remote and in-person settings. The space will have an on-site Health Center, larger cafeteria space and EV chargers for employees and clients. The revitalized town hall space will allow the team to facilitate community events, legal industry events and corporate training both in person and virtually.
Featured throughout the building will be artwork created by members of the Matheny fine arts program, a nonprofit that supports and cares for local children and adults with special needs and medically complex developmental disabilities. Porzio also recycled most of the furniture from their previous location, donating any unused pieces to the New Providence Public Library, Catholic Charities, Homeless Solutions and Matheny.
A Future of Growth
Quickly growing into one of the leading law firms across the nation, Porzio has over 100 attorneys across 10 locations in Delaware, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.
The team recently added to their bankruptcy & financial restructuring practice with the hiring of veteran insolvency attorney Tara Schellhorn as Principal. Porzio has also continued their investment in their subsidiaries, Porzio Compliance Services and Porzio Governmental Affairs. Today the Porzio Governmental Affairs Team announced a strategic integration with Association Business Solutions to further strengthen the firm’s Association Management practice, as well as their collective ability to serve nonprofit and association clients across New Jersey. This as well as additional moves later in the year will continue to support Porzio’s evolution and commitment to excellence.
