Rahool Patel Installed as Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association

Rahool Patel, a counsel in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group and a member of the Education and Employment Team, has been installed as a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA). In this role, Patel will serve a three-year term, supporting the Association’s mission to promote professional development, legal excellence, and community service within Middlesex County.

Patel represents public and private sector employers in employment litigation and provides counsel on a wide range of workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, leave laws, and policy development. He also conducts internal investigations and delivers training on non-discrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, and ethics compliance, helping clients navigate complex employment matters with confidence.

Beyond his legal practice, Patel is deeply committed to public service. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District Ethics Committee for District VIII, and sits on the boards of the Axelrod Performing Arts Center and Shore House in Long Branch.

Patel’s appointment to the MCBA Board of Trustees is a reflection of his professional integrity, leadership, and dedication to the legal community in New Jersey.
