Kaitlin Hackett focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and guardianship matters. With a commitment to providing personalized legal solutions, she assists clients in navigating the complexities of tax planning, estate administration, and disputes. 

Her practice includes managing high-net-worth estate administrations, where she skillfully handles tax returns and accountings, ensuring compliance with New Jersey regulations. Kaitlin often takes on the role of special medical guardian and serves as court-appointed counsel for individuals deemed allegedly incapacitated.
Kaitlin is dedicated to delivering comprehensive and compassionate legal services tailored to each client's unique needs. Whether assisting with estate planning, navigating the probate process, or pursuing guardianship, she is committed to supporting clients every step of the way.

Kaitlin began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Timothy Chell in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she gained invaluable insights into the judicial process. During her time in law school, she demonstrated her leadership and dedication as Editor in Chief of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy, as well as a teaching assistant for estate planning classes.
