He is skilled at managing every stage of the deal process, from drafting and negotiating contracts to reviewing title, survey, and loan documentation through closing.

He has extensive experience drafting all manner of real estate agreements and has also handled land use applications representing clients before local planning and zoning boards.
Before joining Porzio, Rudy worked with a financial services firm, engaging institutional investors and gaining valuable perspective on how legal support can align with investor priorities and decision-making.
