Porzio, Bromberg & Newman Strengthens Litigation Team with Addition of Rebecca Wall Forrestal

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C. is proud to announce that Rebecca Wall Forrestal has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as Counsel. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience representing clients in complex disputes across federal and state courts, particularly in highly regulated industries.

Rebecca’s practice focuses on products liability, class actions, civil antitrust, commercial contract disputes, and False Claims Act qui tam suits. She has significant industry knowledge in the pharmaceuticals, agrichemicals, aerospace, and technology sectors, and is known for delivering strategic, business-aligned litigation counsel in fast-moving regulatory environments.

Her time as in-house counsel for a leading biotechnology company informs her pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to litigation and compliance challenges.
