Melanie D. Lipomanis is an Associate on the Employment Team.  She has experience representing public and private management in all matters before the federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitration forums.  Ms. Lipomanis conducts training and internal investigations of matters arising under state and federal law and labor contracts.  A vital resource to internal human resource professionals, she advises on discipline, performance improvement, onboarding, terminations and severance agreements. Ms. Lipomanis negotiates labor contracts, defends employers against unfair labor practice charges, and implements reduction in force and early retirement incentive processes.  She has been recognized as a Rising Star in the field of labor and employment by Super Lawyers from 2014-2018.
