Rachel Parisi is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Department. Her practice focuses on all areas of bankruptcy and restructuring, including the representation of commercial debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees, commercial landlords, and other parties of interest in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She is experienced in bankruptcy and insolvency-related litigation, out-of-court workouts, assignments for the benefit of creditors and general commercial litigation matters.
Rachel is active in the community, volunteering as a Coordinator for the Vincent J. Apruzzese High School Mock Trial Competition in Morris County, as well as within the firm, sitting on the Steering Committee of Porzio's Women's Initiative Network.
While attending law school, Rachel was an Editor for the Journal of Conflict Resolution and Executive Editor of The Cardozo Jurist, an independent, student-run paper.
